Phil Gilbert GWM Free Scheduled Servicing Offer Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is conducted by Gillen Motors Pty Ltd trading as Phil Gilbert GWM (“Phil Gilbert GWM”) of 636 Parramatta Road Croydon NSW 2132.
2. The offer commences at 8.30 a.m. on Tuesday 1st October 2024 and ends at 5.30 p.m. on Thursday 31st October 2024.
   Eligibility
3. To be eligible, the customer must purchase a new GWM vehicle (the “Vehicle”) from Phil Gilbert GWM stock vehicles between 8.30 a.m. on 1st October 2024 and 5:30 p.m. on Thursday 31st October 2024; and take delivery of the Vehicle not later than Thursday 31st October 2024 (or later at the discretion of a Phil Gilbert GWM Manager).
4. The offer is open to all Australian resident, private customers aged 18 years or over. The offer is not open to business customers, except for nominated small business customers of Phil Gilbert GWM. Government, Rental, Fleet, and Not For Profit vehicles are also ineligible and additional exclusions may apply;
5. The offer is not open to any employees of Gillen Motors Pty Ltd or its associated entities and their immediate families.
   Free Service Offer
6. Each eligible customer will receive free their scheduled GWM Capped Price Services (excluding intermediate services) for a period of 3 years or 40,000kms (or 3 years / 45,000 kms for Ora, or 2.5 years / 25,000 kms for Cannon Ute), whichever is earlier as follows;
   1. for Haval Jolion, Haval Jolion HEV, Haval Jolion S, Haval H6, Haval H6HEV, Haval H6GT, Tank 300 Petrol and Tank 300 HEV, this equates to up to 3 standard scheduled services;
   2. For Ora this equates to up to 3 standard scheduled services;
   3. For GWM Ute Cannon this equates to up to 3 standard scheduled services.
7. GWM Capped Price Service means the Scheduled Maintenance Services recommended by the manufacturer and specified in the Vehicle’s Service Booklet, excluding intermediate services. Periodic servicing offered is for vehicles used under ‘Normal’ driving conditions. Vehicles that have been used in ‘Severe’ driving conditions may require additional work and also additional servicing at more frequent intervals. Any such additional work and additional servicing is not covered by the Program and is subject to additional charges.
8. The free GWM Capped Price Services are only redeemable at Phil Gilbert GWM Service Centres, located at Lidcombe and Croydon. Services must be pre-booked with the Phil Gilbert GWM Customer Assistance Centre.
9. The GWM Service Guides can be viewed at https://www.gwmanz.com/au/ownership/service. Please note that these terms and conditions include service windows for each Scheduled Maintenance Service. Lapsed services will not be covered under this offer.
10. This offer is not redeemable for cash.
11. This offer is not transferable with the Vehicle if it is sold prior to the expiration of 3 years/ 45,000kms (or 3 years / 45,000 kms for Ora or 2.5 years / 25,000 kms for Cannon Ute) whichever is earlier.
